Donation of specialist equipment to visually impaired children

On 11th March 2008 the British High Commission presented a consignment of specialist equipment to the visually impaired learners of the Windhoek Technical High School.

President Pohamba's visit to UK: an official visit to the UK in June 2007

HE. President Pohamba accompanied by Mrs Pohamba, paid an official visit to the United Kingdom in June 2007.This was the first official visit to the United Kingdom by a Namibian President. On 6 June, the President and Mrs Pohamba attended an Audience with H.M. Queen Elizabeth II.
